FANTASTIC! picked my Astra VXR yesterday, well worth the 2 hours travel. Soon as I arrived, I was greeted before I even got to the front door which was very welcoming. Debbie who I was greeted by first took me on a test drive, she talked about the car. Paper work was ready the only wait i had was waiting for the finance company to send papers, apart from the the process was fantastic.
I had a fresh 12 month mot & service, full history on service and repairs carried out. Also 6 months warranty and breakdown cover. Even better my friend also drove away in a new car too. Prt ex, sold and drove away in a few hours.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone, great team thanks Debbie and Maya.

Although I haven’t actually bought a car from Clarksons in the end, I feel they deserve a good review. I took my ageing father to look for a car, and although he found the car itself a little too big for him personally, the service, the car itself, the ease to find the garage, the courtesy and genuine no hassle service was excellent. My dad even took the car out twice for a test drive but nothing was too much for the ladies. It’s a world away from the cut throat, cat and mouse games, typical sales patter that you cannot trust from other dealers believe me. I just wish we could have made this purchase instead. I’ll be holding this garage in mind for the future for sure.

I have just bought a car for my daughter as she & her husband had their house broken into & both cars stolen. I explained I wanted a smooth & quick purchase of a reliable car as the grand kids needed to get to school. The owners, a married couple, could not have been more helpful and the chosen car was MOT'd & serviced within 24 hours. The car appears to be an excellent buy but only time will tell? I hope I do not have to test their 'after sales' service but I would expect & hope it would be a similar pleasurable experience?

We originally bought a vehicle from Clarkson motors 10 years ago and recently decided to upgrade. We therefore bought a Toyota Yaris Hybrid from them.We have had the car for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it.The car was in pristine condition when we picked it up and drives superbly. We had done extensive market research and found their asking price to be very reasonable so were very pleased with the price we paid for the vehicle. As we have never had an automatic or hybrid vehicle before, Clarksons spent a couple of hours in explaining how the hybrid system works as well as how an automatic differs from a manual vehicle. They even rang us a few days later to ask how we were getting on with our new car. They were pleasant and very helpful throughout and we would strongly recommend them if anyone is looking to purchase a used vehicle.

What a unique experience to buy a used car from a family who were so friendly and genuine. Mr and mrs were just lovely. I test driove my car and was so desperate to buy it. Mr refused a deposit and told me not to worry the car was mine with a handshake. I saw my car being cleaned as I pulled up. It was cleaned again inside before I picked it up and to my surprise when I drove away they had put some fuel in for me. Both mr and mrs were very busy yet made time to chat to us.
